Phalen Leadership Academies

Founded in 2013, Phalen Leadership Academies (PLA) is a non-profit charter management organization that currently serves over 10,000 students in 22 schools across the country. Specifically designed to raise achievement among historically underserved students, PLA provides a rigorous and well-rounded educational experience that has transformed six F-rated schools in their network to A-rated schools in under five years.
